CHICKEN WINGS

Here For You

  • 1 LB Wings

  • 2 Tbsp Seasoning Salt (Choice of Seasoning)

  • 1 ½ Tbsp Garlic Powder

  • ½ Black Pepper

  • ½ Tsp Dry Parsley (Garnish)

  • 5 Cups Canola Oil

  • 1 Bottle SweeTang or Hott Mama


CHICKEN WINGS DIRECTIONS

Wash chicken. Pre-Heat oil in a pan. Mix all dry seasonings together except parsley in a separate bowl place chicken inside and gradually add seasoning to chicken and toss. Place pieces of chicken in hot oil cook until chicken reach 165 and golden brown, when chicken is finished place chicken on a paper towel to drain extra oil off, after chicken has set then toss in a bowl with SweeTang or Hott Mama place on plate and garnish with parsley. Eat and Enjoy

FRIED CAULIFLOWER

  • 1 Bunch Cauliflower

  • 2 Tbsp Seasoning Salt

  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 4 Cups Canola Oil

  • 3 Cups Buttermilk

  • 4 Cups Flour (Any Kind)


FRIED CAULIFLOWER DIRECTIONS

Wash Cauliflower, Pre-Heat oil to 365 Mix dry seasoning together and springle all over cauliflower next put flour in bowl and toss around a little cauliflower at a time then in another bowl pour buttermilk and take floured cauliflower and roll around in bowl with buttermilk and repeat back to flour, when finished and all steps are completed place slowly into the hot oil and fry until cauliflower starts to float to the top of the oil and golden brown. Drain onto a paper towel after put cauliflower into a bowl and toss with desired Urbane sauce. Eat and enjoy the flavor

SALMON (BAKED, GRILLED, SEARED)

Satisfaction Guaranteed

  • 1 Whole Salmon W/Out Skin

  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tbsp Kolsher Salt

  • 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning

  • 1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning

  • 2 Basil Leaves

  • 6 Tbsp Pure Olive Oil

  • 1 Bottle SweeTang


SALMON DIRECTIONS

Wash salmon keep whole or cut into desire sections and dry with a paper towel, Mix dry seasonings together. Pre-Heat oven, stove and or grill to 400, rub Salmon with seasoning then rub 3 Tbsp of oil on entire salmon and place basil leaves on top of salmon and cover with foil and place in oven until 145 or greater. But if you are grilling the salmon take the remaining 3 Tbsp of oil and rub the salmon and rub dry seasoning all over and put basil leaves on top and cover with foil and cook until 145 or greater, but if your season on salmon and put the remaining 3 Tbsp of oil in a heated 350 pan, place salmon slowly in the pan and turn the fish  in 3 mins onto the other side for another 3 mins and has reach 145. Plate the salmon and drizzle with SweeTang serve and eat.

SHRIMP (GRILLED, SAUTEED)

Here For You

  • 1 LB Shrimp

  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning

  • 3 Tbsp Butter

  • ½ Fresh Lemon

  • 2 Pinches Parsley

  • 1 Bottle SweeTang


SHRIMP DIRECTIONS

Rinse shrimp and heat non-stick pan or grill to 350 add butter let it melt in pan or if grilling put butter on shrimp. Mix seasonings together add to shrimp once butter is ready put shrimp into pan or on grill, squeeze fresh lemon to shrimp turn shrimp to both sides until shrimp is pink once shrimp is pink then shrimp is finished and ready to be tossed or drizzled with SweeTang and for garnish add parsley eat and enjoy.

SWAI FRIED FISH DIRECTIONS

Wash fish and paper towel dry. Heat oil to 375 in a pan pour fish fry into a bowl, take the whole or cut into fish strips and toss them around inside of bowl of fish fry toss around until fully covered, oil should be heated and ready for fish to be slowly placed into pan. Turn fish on both sides until gold brown and has reach the temp of 185.Take out and let remaining oil drip onto a paper towel, toss or drizzle fish serve and enjoy.

TURKEY BURGER

  • 1 LB Ground Turkey

  • 1 Tbsp All Purpose Seasoning

  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 Tsp Dry Onions

  • 1 Bottle SweeTang


TURKEY BURGER DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients together and pre-heat pan to 350, while waiting on pan to heat take the mixed ground turkey and make patties to your size of liking. Cook burgers to 160 once finished place burger on a bun with fixing and desired amount of SweeTang.
